Junk Camp Policies
Resource Depot will not administer, dispense or hold any medications. Resource Depot cannot guarantee your child will not be exposed to peanuts, peanut butter or other nuts. If your child has food allergies or dietary restrictions, please plan to pack your own snacks.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Resource Depot reserves the right to limit program enrollment & to cancel program completely if registration is below the required minimum. Requests for refunds must be received in writing. An 80% refund will be given if cancellation is received 14 days or more before the first day of camp. A 50% refund will be given for requests made 13 days or fewer prior to the first day of camp. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS ON OR AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP. Allow 2 weeks for processing of refund. Also note, refunds are not given when a camper is dismissed from the program.
Drop Off/Pick Up & Extended Care Policy: Camp runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with drop off between 8:30-8:45 am & pick up between 3:30-4:00 pm. A photo ID is required for child pick up. Extended Care is available from 4:00-5:00 pm at a rate of $35/camper/week. All participants must register in advance & tuition cannot be prorated. In the event that a camper is not picked up before 4:00 pm & is not enrolled in Extended Care, the Extended Care fee will be charged. This fee must be paid, in full, before the start of camp on the next day or the child will not be admitted into camp.
