Wellington Hockey is pleased to announce we are hosting a Hockey NZ Technical Officials theory course on May 22nd at the National Hockey Stadium. This course is an entry or refresher around all aspects of match management. The Technical Officials pathway is growing with more and more opportunities to be involved at higher levels including National Tournaments and International events, similar to umpiring opportunities.

This course will be delivered by Paul Tessier. Paul is vastly experienced in tournament director roles along with all match management operations. This course is open to anyone who might have an interest in getting involved in the match management of games.

Wellington Hockey will cover all associated costs of the course for local registrations. For officials from outside the Wellington Association there will be a $30 fee, and your association will be responsible for arranging your practical assessments.
