Practical information regarding the 3rd Meeting Science Symposium
We have well received your registration and look forward to welcoming you at the 3rd Meeting Science Symposium on May 19-20 in Brussels. Thanks to funding provided by UCLouvain, FNRS, ULiège, and Barco, we are able to offer this Symposium free of charge. Nevertheless, we want to have a good understanding of your attendance in order to avoid food/budget waste.
