Important Guidance
During May half term (excluding Bank Holidays), Conyers will be open to key worker parents of children in Year 7 and Year 8. Please use this form to indicate the days in which you will access this service. The school will provide this child care service between 8.15AM and 4.30PM on the dates shown below.  

To maintain the safety of all concerned,  it is essential we have a clear idea of who needs to take up this offer, so we can arrange the correct staffing.  A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
