Free Community Semi-Private Event Space Rental - Application Form 

We are opening our Semi-Private ‘Single’ Event Space rentals for FREE for community organizations, non-profit and select small business events taking place on any available Monday or Tuesday evening. This package is valued at $250 plus tax. Please see our calendar for available dates.

Event organizers are independently responsible for all promotion and marketing efforts of their events. If the event is ticketed, event organizers are responsible for managing all aspects of ticket sales and check-in of guests at the event. Left Field Brewery will not market, promote or sell tickets to Community Semi-Private Events.

Please note that your event is only booked once you have received confirmation from Left Field Brewery. We may not be able to accept all event requests. Please allow for up to 3 business days for a response once your application has been submitted.

What is the purpose of your event?  *
Approximately how many 19+ guests are you expecting to attend? Please note that the capacity for the semi-private event space is no more than 40 people. We also require a minimum of fifteen(15) 19+ guests for rental of the semi-private event space. If the event has fewer than fifteen 19+ guests during the event, you may be subject to a space rental fee.   *
