Administrative Assistants
Assist with putting the program together for and on the day of the event. Ensure that communication about the event goes out. Payment set up. Check which one you can help with.
Set Up Team 
Will decorate the event area, make sure the Toastmaster banner is properly displayed, all Toastmasters materials are available for distribute ( Mall will provide tech equipment). Check which one you can help with.
Greeters 
Greeters will be responsible for greeting visitors  as they attend and/or walk up to our event. Please select a time slot.
Merchandise Table Monitors 
Will keep time and ensure that authors/entrepreneurs don't go over allotted time for book signing and purchases. Please select a time slot.
Recruiters 
Will talk to potential members at the Toastmaster sign up table. Please select a time slot.
Timers
Will display time for each speaker to ensure they stay on time throughout the event. Please select a time slot.
Fundraising Team 
Will help get the items for the raffle, as well as, schedule who will facilitate the raffle during the event break sessions. Please select a time slot.
Clean up Crew
Help with the break down of table, collect and package all remaining materials, and make sure the area is clean. Add your name here to volunteer.
