Confirmation Candidate Final Assessment of Readiness
This assessment is designed to help the candidate, parents and catechists discern the readiness of the candidate for reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.  If we are concerned at all about someone’s readiness to receive the Sacrament, we will open a dialogue with the candidate and his/her family before making any final decision.
