Solarize Frankfort 2024 Enrollment Form

The Kentucky Solar Energy Society (KYSES) is partnering with the City of Frankfort,  Franklin County Fiscal Court, Kentucky State University Land Grant Program, the UK Cooperative Extension Service, and Apogee-Climate & Energy Transitions to launch Solarize Frankfort, a program to give local residents, small businesses, and organizations bulk-purchasing power to obtain discounted rates on solar installations. In 2023 Solarize Frankfort helped 27 local residents install solar on their homes!

Solarize Frankfort makes investing in solar easier by connecting participants with pre-screened  solar installers and providing access to bulk-purchase discounts (up to 15% off) for solar photovoltaics (PV) installations.

Our Solarize Frankfort Team will help make it easier to go solar by:

  • Pre-screening your home to see if your property is a good fit for solar;
  • Connecting you with our vetted, experienced solar installation partners, either Pure Power Solar or Daily Green Power;
  • Providing a step-by-step walk-through of the solar installation process.

By going solar, you will

  • Reduce your energy bill and potentially increase your property value!
  • Support local solar jobs!
  • Reduce your carbon footprint and environmental impacts!
  • Help the City of Frankfort meet its goal of 100% renewable energy community-wide by 2030!

By filling out this form, you are expressing your interest in the solar group-purchasing program that offers a discounted price (up to 15% off) and an easier path to solar installations.  You are not obligated to buy anything.  The form provides our Solarize Frankfort Team with the initial information to help you decide whether going solar is right for you.
