This event is run under Covid-19 rules. Only 1 groom per horse may attend. No spectators - this event runs behind closed doors. Please write the name of this horse's groom and provide a contact number below. *

Conditions and Rules

This competition is run under British Eventing rules.

All riders must ensure they have third party liability insurance cover.
Only horses that are entered are permitted onsite. Please contact the secretary if you need to bring a companion.
Do NOT skip out horseboxes onto the car park field. Immediate fine of £20 to Cornwall Air Ambulance!

First disobedience (refusal, run out or turning a circle in front of a fence or between a combination) = 20 penalties
Second disobedience at the same jump = 40 penalties
Third disobedience at the same jump = ELIMINATION
Fourth disobedience on the whole course = ELIMINATION
Fall of rider and/or horse = ELIMINATION

No stopwatches are allowed.

No entries accepted without payment being made in full before closing date of entries.

Withdrawals must all be in writing to tokenburyhire@hotmail.com before the closing date.
Refund of entry after closing date only on production of vet’s certificate.

Each competitor is responsible for bringing their own number bib and paper numbers. Failure to provide either will mean they are not permitted to ride.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event, alter classes, times and prizes or to refuse any entry. Refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers.

Help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This competition will be subject to social distancing at all times. You MUST obey all instructions given to you by stewards and parking attendants. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave.
There will be no formal prizegiving, all rosettes will be posted on after the competition.

Remember: ARRIVE > COMPETE > LEAVE

Results will be posted on our facebook page throughout the day and on our website after the competition has finished.

The organisers and landowners do not accept responsibility for any accident or loss which may occur to horses, persons or property however caused in connection with this event. Riders will ride at own risk.
