The signed rules pages, a copy of the DL/permit, and car insurance MUST BE MAILED or EMAILED (matthiesonc@fultonschools.org). DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE SCHOOL.
 
Students must complete the online registration, and provide a paper copy of their DL/Permit and Car Insurance Card. (one piece of paper, front side only of DL and Insurance Card) Students and Parents must also sign the Rules page and submit that along with the Drivers License and proof of insurance to the front office.
