Charity Akita Mini February Candy Gram Order Form
This is the order form for Charity Akita's February candy gram.

This mini gift pack costs 600 yen, and will include an assortment of chocolates, a personalised card and paper flowers. With the money raised through the event, we hope to continue to bring more fun, community-building activities for JETs and the local Japanese community.  

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm the details for the greeting card, the paper flowers, and the payment and delivery method.
