Ballymena Gospel Hall Sunday School Registration
Join us every Sunday afternoon during school term time at Ballymena Gospel Hall for our Sunday School, from 2:30 - 3:15pm, commencing 8th September 2024. Each afternoon there will be Bible Stories, Singing, Memory verses, Quizzes, Prizes, Family events, Discussion of Bible subjects. We have separate class for age groups both primary and secondary school age, which you will be most welcome to join.

Please complete this registration consent form for your child who is attending. If multiple children are attending from the same family, please complete a separate form for each child.
All activities are free of charge and all workers involved in Sunday School have been Access NI Enhanced checked and trained in child protection.

I give permission for my child to be transported to and from Sunday School in a bus/car supplied by Ballymena Gospel Hall. This transportation will follow the guidelines as set out in the Child Protection Policy of Ballymena Gospel Hall.

If your child does not require transport provided by Ballymena Gospel Hall, please provide the name of the person responsible for collecting your child from Sunday School.
If you would like to send your child to both Sunday School as well as Bible Explorers (ran by Ballymena Gospel Hall), please indicate it below by ticking the relieve box, this will ensure that both consent forms are completed automatically.
