We have designed a programme for self-defined women, non-binary and gender queer and marginalised gender Survivors to be able to support connection to their bodies and explore how creativity may serve them at this time.
Workshops or sessions are free to participants, but we will send you a link to make a donation with your feedback form. Donations are no mandatory, and not being able to make one will not exclude you from the classes, but if you are able to offer something, this will help us to keep the project running.
The feedback forms, however, are ESSENTIAL to us being able to run the project. Please do not skip this bit - it is how we keep the classes running.
It is worth making clear that although these workshops are directly to support Survivors, we are not trained psychologists, and this space is meant to help you reconnect with your body in your own way in a supportive environment. Counselling can be a really important part of healing, and if that is something you need, we can provide you with some contacts of professional services who specialise in this.
This form is a register of interest and we cannot promise everyone will get all of the sessions they would love.
Although there is no limit to the number of skills you can benefit from, we have a limited number of each workshops, and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This may unfortunately mean some people who fill out this form are not able to get everything they hoped for, but we try our best to share the resources to as many people as possible.
Sessions will be arranged between yourself and facilitator at a time and place that works for you both.
Please fill out this form to register your interest and we will try and connect you with the workshop leader as soon as possible.
You may also find my emails unfortunately end up in your spam, so please make sure to keep an eye on that.
If you would like to get a feel for the photography sessions which are on offer, please look at @heardinlondon instagram.
I hope you enjoy your sessions,
Anna
