Hoodie Pre-Order Winter 2022
Thank you for your order!  You must fill out this form individually for EACH shirt you ordered in our hoodie stocking.  
Choose size, style, shirt color and embroidery and placement.  We will be using this form to make all the shirts, so be sure to fill it out correctly.  All forms are final, so please take your time and check everything over before submitting! FORM MUST BE FILLED BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH AT 11PM CT!
All shirts include the cost of one embroidery only!  IF YOU WANT AN EXTRA EMBROIDERY ON YOUR SHIRT, YOU MUST PURCHASE THE EMBROIDERY ADD ON.

Heads up, the underside of the embroidery is exposed, and some characters like hank have lots of stitching which may get a little knotty underneath.  A t-shirt underneath may be needed if bothered by the stitching.
Wash Tie Dye hoodies cool, separate to be safe until you are sure it will not bleed even though they are colorsafe.
