Thank you for wanting to take part in our cosplay contest.
Please complete the following form to be considered for entry.
Keep in mind completing the form does not mean your entry has been accepted, and you must be the age of 12 or older.
COMPETING AS NOVICE REQUIRES THAT AT LEAST 60% OF THE COSPLAY BE MADE BY, OR HEAVILY ALTERED BY, THE WEARER.
WHILE COMPETING AS INTERMEDIATE OR MASTER REQUIRES THAT AT LEAST 70% OF THE COSPLAY BE MADE BY, OR HEAVILY ALTERED BY, THE WEARER.
You will be notified via email once your entry has been approved and given a pre-judging time slot.
Pre-judging will take place Saturday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
We understand that some cosplays can only be worn for so long due to contacts, wigs, armor, props, etc.
Please plan to be in cosplay and available for the contest from your pre-judging time slot to 7:30pm.

Entries for the cosplay contest will be capped at 60 entries total.
