DT4HS | Pou Rarama travel subsidy form

Subsidy Information

We would like to offer the opportunity for 30 teachers who live further than 50 kilometres from the University of Canterbury to attend the DT4HS event and apply for a travel subsidy. The travel subsidy is approved on a case by case basis, there is no guarantee it will be accepted. You organise your own travel to/from the event. You will need to send in copies of all GST invoices with your application and have proof of where you reside.

For those travelling larger distances, please consult the table below for what can be covered by a travel subsidy.

We will NOT be covering additional costs such as meals, taxis and parking.

1. Ensure you have registered to attend through the Kia Takatū ā-Matihiko website, here is the link https://ahikaroa.kiatakatu.ac.nz/2019-12-05-chc-dt4hs

2. Complete this form.

3. Email your GST receipts to kathryn.doherty@kiatakatu.ac.nz and have DT4HS | Pou Rarama subsidy app in the subject line.

4. We'll process these as quickly as possible after DT4HS | Pou Rarama at University of Canterbury.
