TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Booking Information: Please await an email confirmation and receipt of your payment before you book airfare. Limited space in shared and private accommodations are available, please book your reservations early to receive preferred accommodations. Travel Documentation: You must bring a valid passport to enter and exit Costa Rica. Your passport must have at least six months remaining before expiration date to be valid. Costa Rica doesn't require a Visa from most countries. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel for any reason within 24 hours of registering, you will receive all payments back. If you need to cancel for any reason before Nov 22nd, you will receive all payments except the $900 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel for any reason before Jan 7th, 2023, you'll receive back 50% of the cost of your retreat . No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Jan 7th, 2023. If Rebecca needs to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance. *
