In consideration of the foregoing, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Wahlert Catholic High School, Wahlert Cross Country, Holy Family Catholic Schools, City of Dubuque, and any and all participating sponsors and supporters, for all claims and damages, demands, actions whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my son/daughter’s participation is said race known as the Golden Eagle Youth Cross Country Run. I certify that my son/daughter is in good health and able to participate in a mile run.
