INTRODUCTION

“In half a century of work in the world, the most important lesson I’ve learned is that inner work is a prerequisite for outer effectiveness, for the simple reason that the quality of our awareness directly affects the quality of results produced.

The new brand of leaders that we need — those who are actually able to meet the challenges of today and thrive in the world of tomorrow — are the ones who know and live the connection between inner self-development and outer action. If we want to communicate clearly, transform conflicts, generate energy, and develop trust within our families, in our places of work or in government, our first challenge is to do the inner work.”

KEYNOTE TOPICS:

  • AI meets Heart Intelligence
AI presents an extraordinary opportunity to demonstrate, recognise and use the intelligence of the heart. WHY? Because AI will decrease the relevance of the human intellect because it is more intelligent than the human brain, but heart intelligence is unique to the individual and cannot be taught to a machine. Intuition, insight or passion depends on relating to a higher source of power.

  • How Women Leaders Stop Wars
Exploring outstanding examples of calm, courage and collective thinking and presenting the women who can now lead the way in building peace.

  • Leading with the Heart in Business
With reference to 'The Mighty Heart’ - how international companies are using an on-line course to mobilise their teams to develop new skills: use of right brain intelligence and deep listening to prevent conflict, developing presence for crisis, cleaning anger as fuel for transformation.

  • Working with Ukrainian and Russian women to find new solutions to the Ukraine war.

  • Beneath the bluster of foolish leadership, what is actually changing in our societies at a deeper level?

  • Goi Peace Award Commemorative Speech
Scilla departed from her scheduled text to begin this talk to 600 people in Tokyo with a personal story of heartbreak. She had not intended this, but many in the audience were in tears.
