2024 Cross Country Camp

Cross Country Camp is intended to introduce young runners to cross country running. Runners will be mentored and assisted by current Raven Runners in techniques of running, proper warm up/cool down, plyometrics, and core strength. The final day of camp will contain a mini-cross country race on the grounds of Olathe Northwest and Finisher T-shirts. Please bring a water bottle and dress appropriately for running daily.
