This MEMBERSHIP AND MARKETING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of execution between RED RIVER HARVEST COOPERATIVE, a North Dakota cooperative association (hereinafter the “Cooperative”) and the undersigned MEMBER-PRODUCER (hereinafter the “Member”) for the purpose of outlining the rights and duties associated with membership in the Cooperative and defining the terms and conditions under which the Member may market their product(s) through this cooperative association.
