2020 Jet Relays Vendor Registration
Event Terms
• $100 (bring your own tables and chairs) - Early Bird by February 15, 2020
$150 after February 15, 2020
• No cancellations or refunds after signing contract.
• No vendor will be allow to move in until full payment has been received.
• Space is allotted subject to availability.*
• Set up begins at 7:30 AM. & move out begins at 6:00 P.M.
• All booths are to remain open until closing time at 6:00 P.M.
• All vendors must be out by 7:00 P.M.
• The terms set forth in the contract are acknowledged and accepted, subject to confirmation to
us, as vendors, of space allotted by Jet Relays Soul Festival Event Committee. Decision of the
Committee is final.
• All space will be assigned according to the date received; availability of space; longevity of event activities at the show; practicality and advisability of space in relation to competitive lines. All space will be considered on the basis stated and assigned at the discretion of the Jet Relays Soul Festival Committee. The Committee will not recognize any vendors outside of the designated area of the Clark Stadium and reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the vendor's space contract at any time before or during the event for any violation of the event's rules/regulations, which are incorporated by the reference herein, as set forth by Jet Relays Soul Festival, or for any other violation of the event policy as deemed sufficient by the event Chairmen. Absolutely no sub-leasing of any space whatsoever.
