Dear JPS High School Families,
We are pleased to once again offer the Hand2Hand Program to all families at Jenison High School. Hand2Hand delivers nutritious food to students over the weekends and on extended school breaks by partnering with local churches.
Students choose items from our designated pantry (located in the library) on either Thursday or Friday each week anytime during the day between 7:30-3:00. They have meal and snack options available as well as personal hygiene items. Students will be given a brief orientation upon signing up.
**If your student has food allergies, it will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian or student to make choices from the pantry that don't contain ingredients that could cause an allergic reaction.
If your student would benefit from this program, please fill out the form below. Your student's name will then be added to our contact list. Your response will be kept confidential and your student will be using his/her student identification number to sign in each week. If your student has participated in this program before, please fill out the form again this year so that we have updated information.
