We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers for our Blossom Fiesta; themed: Sustainability with Gratitude! To foster appreciation and togetherness among the community.

Through a range of activities, by instilling knowledge and understanding of sustainability, we hope to inspire others to initiate change from within.

Get involved and make a difference!

Commit to volunteering two or more times on either Saturdays or weekdays in July, leading up to the event on 26 August 2023. Please indicate your available schedule to assist in event preparation.

In addition to the volunteering schedule, don't forget to attend the Volunteer Orientation & Briefing on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 2pm to 5pm.

Volunteer Positions

You can select more than one option.

Outreach Volunteers - Conduct door-to-door outreach to raise awareness among Toh Yi residents about Blossom World and invite them to Blossom Fiesta.

Upcycling Design Volunteers -Turn recyclable waste into creative pieces for community art installation

Content writer - Develop and write content for websites and campaigns

Graphic Designer - Design marketing and event collateral to publicize events and awareness campaigns

Event Usher - Be the welcoming face of the event, extending warm invitations to residents to join in the event

Photographer /Videographer (Preferably with experience and with own equipment) - Capture the volunteers in action during their training, briefings and during actual event days.

Booth Volunteers - As a friendly ambassador, engage participants and assist in setting up and dismantling the booth.

Mascot Volunteer, Talent - Should be 1.65m tall to wear a Singa Mascot Suit. To engage with the audience, interacts with event attendees, and creates a fun and memorable experience.

Volunteer First Aider

Environment Cleanup Volunteer Facilitator - Conduct recce, lead activity, guide participants, ensure safety, and provide necessary information.

Welfare & Logistic Volunteers - Assisting in setting up and packing up equipment and logistics and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the event.

Blossom Home Refresh - Refresh beneficiary's home and provide companionship during the event

MERCI - Monthly Engagement Engagement Reaching out to Communities through Initiatives

Commence Plastic Reduction - Raise awareness and inspire action through environmental cleanups
