During the eight weeks of the training program, each participant should aim to meet with the coach/group for one workout per week, though two workouts per week will be offered and all are welcome. Between the fall and spring training programs, informal small groups may choose to meet for workouts and the coach could be present for one workout per week if members of the group are interested.
