I have read, understand, and will observe WING's written rules, deposit and rental fees for the reserved site at Blackthorn Hill found at WINGsBlackthornHill - Reservations . I understand that if the site and/or equipment is not left in a reasonable condition after our use, our group's deposit will not be returned. Payment will be due when your reservation is confirmed. If your group cannot make it out on your reserved date you may re-reserve another date or request a refund. I understand I can either use the Donate button at www.blackthornhill.org or mail the deposit and rental fee to WING, 1678 Oriole Drive, Galesburg, IL 61401. My reservation is not complete until payment is received.

I understand that utilization of the WING's Blackthorn Hill Youth Camp and Nature Preserve property involves a certain degree of risk. I have carefully considered the risk involved and have given consent for myself and/or my group to utilize the property. I understand that utilization of the property is entirely voluntary and requires myself and my group to abide by applicable rules and standards of conduct. I release WING's Blackthorn Hill Youth Camp and Nature Preserve, WING Board Members, the activity coordinators, all employees, volunteers, related parties, or other organizations associated with the activity from any and all claims or liability arising out of the utilization of Blackthorn Hill Youth Camp and Nature Preserve.
