Criteria for applicants:
1) citizenship of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Russia or Ukraine
2) looking to expand their fact-checking and news verification skills
3) be fluent in spoken and written English
4) be in possession of your own laptop, since information security is an important part of the course
5) reserve the dates for training: March 17 -18, 2022

The application Deadline is February 18, 2022 . The results will be announced by February 22. Selection also will be based on Covid-19 restrictions for particular countries. In order to enter Latvia and participate in training, the person must be vaccinated with an EU approved vaccine.
