Contact & Emergency Contact Information:
In unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unexpected events, having accurate and up-to-date emergency contact details ensures that we can quickly reach out to designated contacts to inform them and, if necessary, seek their guidance.
Accommodation Information:
Understanding specific needs helps us create an environment that accommodates everyone. Whether it's providing accessible facilities, considering dietary restrictions, or offering tailored support, accommodation information allows us to personalize our services to ensure your comfort and inclusion. Please make any specific accommodation requests at least two weeks prior to attending.
Confidentiality:
The information you provide is confidential and will only be used for emergency situations or to make necessary accommodations. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a safe and welcoming experience for all.
