  1. Pembatalan, Pertukaran atau Pembayaran balik wang pembelian tiket adalah TIDAK DIBENARKAN sama sekali.
    Cancellation, Exchange or Refund of ticket purchased is NOT ALLOWED.

  2. Pembayaran boleh dibuat secara tunai , kad debit atau kad kredit.
    Payment can be made by cash, debit card/credit card.

  3. Semua pembelian tunai menggunakan matawang Ringgit Brunei.
    All purchases are in Brunei Dollar only.

  4. Tiket lawatan boleh digunakan pada bila-bila masa dan hanya boleh digunakan untuk sekali kemasukan sahaja.
    Admission tickets are valid anytime and can only be used once. 

  5. Sila bawa kad pengenalan atau passport untuk membuat pengesahan di kaunter tiket.
    Please bring your Identity Card (IC) or Passport to the ticket counter for verification.

  6. Pihak Pengurusan BKISHHB berhak untuk mengubah terma dan syarat tanpa pemberitahuan awal.
    BKISHHB Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
