Registration - French children classes - June 2022
AFK is opening beginner French classes for children !

DETAILS :
🐣Kids - 7 to 10 years old - Monday & Wednesday, 4:30-5:30 // START JUNE 13th
🐥Children - 11 to 14 years old - Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30-5:30 // START JUNE 14th
It will take place from JUNE 6th/7th to AUGUST 31st (12 weeks in total, two hours per week, one hour per class).

>> 24 classes = 9900 NRs + MEMBERSHIP CARD valid for one year (800 NRS) = TOTAL 10,700 NRs.
REGISTRATION BEFORE JUNE 3rd !

Our reception desk is also opened from Monday to Friday (7am to 6pm).

⚠️IMPORTANT: This course will take place in Alliance Française Kathmandu's building.
Please, note that your enrollment will be effective once your payment has been received.
Also note that the minimum number of students per class is 3.

Terms and conditions for children's classes
General Terms and Conditions, Alliance Française de Katmandou

Enrolments :
 - Enrolments at Alliance Française de Katmandou are done at the reception, or online.
- Enrolments are on a first serve first come basis. Capacity of the classes is up to 12 learners. Once this level is reached no enrolment can be taken.
- Note that the enrollment is effective once the accountant (acc.afk16@gmail.com) received the payment

Classes’ cancellation :
- Alliance Française de Katmandou reserves the right to cancel classes if a minimum number of 3 students is not reached. If a class is cancelled by the Alliance, students can be fully refunded.
- Alliance Française de Katmandou reserves the right to cancel a class on the same day (in case of illness of the teacher for example). The class will be rearranged to a time agreed between students and the teacher.

Reimbursement :
- Prior to the first class, a student can cancel the registration without any penalty. If a student cancels the registration during the first week, the tuition fees are refunded minus 20% of the fees. To make this cancellation effective, you have to inform the course coordinator by mail (cours.afk@gmail.com) within the first week.
- After the first week of classes, no refunds can be made and the fees cannot be used for another session.
- In case of force majeure (serious illness, natural disaster, hospitalization, leaving the country), Alliance Française de Katmandou may consider to do a prorate credit of the fees, valid during 6 months. Fees are not transferable to another person.

DELF Exam :
Alliance Française de Katmandou is the unique official exam center for DELF/DALF in Nepal. Students can enroll for the exam session according to their level. We organize DELF sessions (valid a lifetime) for adults and children, several times per year; as well as TEF (required for Canada immigration for instance) upon request.

Alliance Française de Katmandou reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
