This survey process has saved eCatalyst countless hours by weeding out the 'auto-applicants' from the actually talented individuals who have experience and desire.

Applicants may think it more prudent to conduct an interview with eCatalyst staff to discern the facts we need to determine if each applicant is the 'right fit' for our team and company.

We believe we would be wasting valuable time doing so without hearing the applicant's voice mail, reviewing the applicant's CV (which is often the same info each applicant sends to all the postings they seek to apply for) and reviewing the applicant's  survey results (which has specific triggers to let us know if you actually are a candidate to POTENTIALLY talk with in POTENTIALLY joining our team).

We have spent our time explaining this to our applicants,  as each applicant must know we don't waste our time, or our clients' time, here at eCatalyst.

DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB - Outbound Marketing and Sales Caller and Sale Support Agent
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

eCatalyst is seeking an outbound telemarketer to call on our client prospects during US timezones (eastern standard time-New York time zone as well as other called time zones in the US).

WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS:

This outbound telemarketer will be calling on our client prospects to set appointments for our executive sales team. The outbound telemarketer will not be selling anything on behalf of our clients. The outbound telemarketer will call these prospects to ensure that they received and reviewed the introductory information and then set a meeting time with the executive sales team.

If a prospect requests a meeting during the outbound telemarketer’s call, then the outbound telemarketer will transfer the call to our executive sales team.

You will receive a lot of training and support, to include: one-on-one training, mock calls, recorded calls, scripts, product material and FAQs.

The calls must be made between 9:00-1700 EST daily (Monday - Friday U.S. dates).

We start and end our days with team huddles (0830 and 1715 daily).

0830 Beginning of Day Check-In via Zoom or Group Skype).

Normally a 10 - 15-minute ‘huddle’
-During this time, we review any prospect list updates, script updates, product updates, etc.
-Review your task and projects

0845 -1700 Calls
-Make described calls via Vici Auto Dialer. Document the calls via Vici Auto Dialer
-Send follow up emails via the appropriate email accounts. Document Vici Auto Dialer
-Set up appointments or demos with the provided system

60 min Break/Lunch (NOTE: Agents take staggered breaks to ensure the call center is still active

1230 - 1300 time frame.
Sometime within this 30-minute window, conduct a Mid-Day Check-in with the President via chat/text: non-voice or video.
-Ensure that the President is on track with my schedule and ‘The Big Five’
-Adjust the calendars as appropriate
        -Updates on your activities/progress

11715 End of Day Check-In via Zoom or Group Skype. Normally a 10 - 15-minute ‘huddle’
-Discuss any outstanding issues or potential problems
-Review the progress of your day
-Demonstrate a live call or listen to an example call

0830 - 1730
This encompasses an 8 hour work day, with an hour break within that window of time.

PROVISIONS FROM ECATALYST
ECATALYST WILL PROVIDE:
eCatalyst will provide the digital phone for our outbound telemarketer. The outbound telemarketer will have to download the software onto their computer (software is available for PC or MAC).

eCatalyst will provide the outbound call script and access to the customer relationship management access portal plus any additional specific marketing training required.

CONTRACT DURATION:
This contract is for 30 days, with an option for another 30 days to a year, based on performance of the outbound telemarketer and Executive Assistant.
