This math enrichment opportunity is offered to fourth and fifth graders at Creekview who demonstrate advanced mathematical skills. Math Olympiad is a math problem-solving club where students will practice implementing strategies, explore math topics and solve rigorous problems in preparation for Five Olympiads (monthly contests).

Each Olympiad presents five problems to solve in a limited amount of time, and a student receives one point for each correct answer. Thus, a student can receive a maximum of twenty-five points over the five competitions. These contests will consist of individual and team-based questions. Scores are sent in and students receive awards based on their individual and team scores. It is exciting for students to win awards and qualify for further math competitions.
