Hey! Great to hear that you are interested in joining an intro training at our squash association!

After the 2024 Winter AID, there are two sportsrights free weeks, meaning you can come try out squash completely free!

We train every Wednesday from 18.15 till 22.00. We use four different time slots, all of which are open to all levels.

Fill in this form, and we will send you an email when introduction training sign-ups open!

Good to know:

There are two sports right free introduction trainings: February 14, February 21
The trainings are at the Bongerd squash courts. Between 18.15 and 22.00 there are four different slots, all available for you to join.
No racket? No problem! We have rackets and squash balls available at our trainings.
