This form can be used to submit images taken during an event or activity that was officially registered to participate in the IAU100's global event Moon Landing 50 (MoonLanding50.org) that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the 1969 moon landing.

All activities should be officially registered (https://www.moonlanding50.org/register) via IAU100 to participate in the Moon Landing 50 global event.

I confirm the image(s) was/were taken during an officially registered IAU100 event for the 50th Anniversary of the moon landing.
By submitting images (including links where images can be accessed and downloaded) I consent to the use, reproduction, publication, transmission and dissemination of the images, my name, and information relating to this IAU100 event, without compensation, in any publications or promotional material, to promote the event. Images may be used in future IAU100 outputs, such as social media channels, print products and the IAU OAO Flickr page.
