We are accepting proposals for projects, programs, or activities that support cross-sector partnerships, build community capacity, and integrate community engagement/involvement, and promote healthy, equitable communities. Proposals must share insight, actions, and experiences on how the project, program, or activities have led to greater community capacity and engagement opportunities.ย ย
Proposals should demonstrate examples of going beyond just getting community input, and moving toward sharing power, leadership, decision making, and accountability with community.
