Rejoice! COMPANY AUDITIONS
Season 2022-2023
Date: Sunday, June 12 4-8pm
Location: Portland, Playhouse

Seeking 2-3 dancers with strong technical training in Dances of the African Diaspora including but not limited to: Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, Dunham, Haitian, Hip Hop, House, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, West African, Second Line. Ages 19+.
 
Dancers must have strong technical training (all dance forms have technique NOT just ballet), be able to improvise, generate movement, have, strong work ethic and contribute to a positive creative environment.
 
Rehearsals
Fall and Winter rehearsals may be structured as  2.5-hour rehearsal sessions two days a week OR  intensive style sessions, depending on the needs of the dancers and fall performances.
Rehearsals in Spring 2023 leading up to June Production will have intense weekly rehearsals.
