IMPORTANT DATES
The following is a list of the dates for which we need to know your conflicts:

  • Any weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) between October 14-November 27
     
  • Production Committee Meetings October 14th and November 18th

  • Move-In - November 28

  • Dress Week - November 28-December 1

  • Shows - December 2-3, 9-10

  • Strike - December 10, after second show

All committee assignments are subject to show needs.
NOTE: Work is divided between cast member representatives. Only one adult representative per each cast member family is required to work on a committee and attend Production Committee Meetings, but more than one representative may fill slots/duties needed. Children not on cast or crew may not accompany Production Committee members on most committee assignments. See Show Coordinator for more information.
To best fit your strengths with show needs, please read the committee descriptions (in the next section of this form) carefully.
In order to make our show a success, parents are required to complete committee duties as assigned.   You will be placed on one full run committee, or a combination of pre-show, show run, and/or post-show committees.
