Registration is now open for our Elementary Summer 2021 Program taking place weekly from June 14th-August 6th, 2021.

Elementary Summer Programming *

Check all weeks you would like to register for.

Week 1 - June 14th to June 18th: The Important Thing is to Create with Sharri (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230

Week 3 - June 28th to July 2nd: Art is a Harmony Parallel with Nature with Sharri (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230

Week 4 - July 6th to July 9th: Garden, Ecology, and doing GOOD for our Community with Nicole (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230 *closed on Monday, July 5th*

Week 5 - July 12th to July 16th: Garden, Ecology, and Crafts with Nicole (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230

Week 6 - July 19th to July 23rd: The Wide World of Sports with Joe (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230

Week 7 - July 26th to July 30: Let's Start a Band with Ashley (8:45 am - 3:00 pm) - Cost: $230

Week 8 - Lunch Bunch with Joe *this is to supplement enrichments you sign up for through YEL* (12:00 pm - 1:00 pm) - Cost $40

Week 3, 5, 6, & 8: YEL Enrichments

During week 3, YEL will be offering a fencing enrichment.
During week 5, YEL will be offering a chess enrichment.
During week 6, YEL will be offering a Robotic Evolution enrichment.
During week 8, we will be offering YEL Enrichments in Soccer, Coding, and Varsity LEGO Building. You have the opportunity to include a lunch option (during week 8 only. Lunch provided by parent) during this week to supplement the YEL week 8 enrichment schedule. To register for the lunch option select week 8 in the list above.

Elementary Summer Additional Services *

Check all programs you would like to register for. Will only be invoiced for the weeks you are registered for.

Early Arrival (7:30 am - 8:45 am) Available weeks 1 & 3-7 (Not available during Week 2 or 8)- Cost: $35 per week

After Program Care Option 1 (3:00 pm - 4:30 pm) Available weeks 1 & 3-7 (Not available during Week 2)- Cost: $45 per week

After Program Care Option 2 (3:00 pm - 5:30 pm) Available weeks 1 & 3-8 (Not available during Week 2) - Cost: $60 per week

We do not need any Early Arrival or After Program Care services.

Please auto withdraw the total Summer Program tuition due from the account I have on file on May 10th, 2021.

Please auto withdraw 50% of total for all Summer Program tuition due from the account I have on file on May 10th, 2021 and the remainder to be auto withdrawn on June 10th, 2021.

I will submit a check or cash payment for Summer Program tuition. *Please note payment due dates and late fees as outlined in the Summer Programming guide.*

Tuition and Cancelation Policies

Tuition Due Dates:
May 10th—50% of total fees due for all weeks of summer programming due
June 10th—Remaining 50% of fees for all weeks of summer programming due

Tuition assistance is not available for summer programming.

Late Payment Fees: A $50 late payment fee will be applied for any Summer Program tuition received past the due dates listed above.

Placement: If your payment is more than 10 days overdue, the result may be to forfeit your place in the program so we can offer the spot to a family on the waitlist.

Waitlist: If you are placed on a waitlist, you will be notified by email that the program is currently full and that you have been placed on the waitlist. If you are placed on the waitlist for any summer programs, you will not be charged tuition until enrollment is confirmed and you are moved off of the waitlist and into the program.

Enrollment: Current paperwork will need to be on file prior to the program start date. RMS will contact you to update this paperwork.

Cancelations: All classes are subject to enrollment minimums and caps. We will do our best to notify you at least 30 days in advance if a class is canceled due to low enrollment. If RMS cancels a class you will be refunded 100% of any tuition collected.

If you need to make a cancellation or change, please email reception@rmschool.org. Full refunds will be provided if notified by May 31st. After June 1st no refunds will be provided.
