Sept 2021: WISDOM CIRCLES 4 Week 'Find your Calm' Mindfulness based programme created and facilitated by Sangeet Bhullar. This programme is kindly funded by the Learning and Work Institute as part of Adult Learner's Week, and is open to any adult with lived experience of homelessness OR who might be at risk of homelessness.
Are you curious about Mindfulness? Interested to build some calm and space in your everyday life? Dr Sangeet Bhullar from WISDOM CIRCLES is delighted to offer this free online 4 week online mindfulness based social-emotional programme for improved wellbeing called ‘Find your Calm’. This 4 week programme will take place every Wed from 1.15pm to 2.15pm, on the 22nd of Sept, 29th of Sept, 6th and 13th of Oct online via Zoom. Joining details will be sent closer to the time.

These tasters and the 4 week programme are kindly supported by the Learning and Work Institute.
