If you are a new agent, partner, or representative or if you are a current associate who would like to meet with the CIEP staff, please complete the following form to request a date and time for a brief training.  During the meeting, CIEP staff members will review the program, opportunities for scholarships, special programs, and the application process in addition to answering any questions you may have.  We recommend that all partners complete a brief CIEP training every six months.
