NOTICE: FCC REGISTRATION NUMBER (FRN) REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR AN EXAM
If you currently do not hold an Amateur Radio License, you will first need to register for a COmmission REgistration System (CORES) username (your e-mail address) in the FCC CORES system and then request an FCC Registration Number (FRN) before submitting this registration. You can register for a user name, obtain an FRN, associate an FRN with an FCC username, or view CORES tutorial videos here: https://apps.fcc.gov/cores

Notice: Licensed amateurs, after creating their new user name, must associate their FRN with their FCC username in order to pay any FCC application fees once those are implemented.
