Student Volunteers
All volunteers will be entered into a drawing to win Hy-Vee gift cards. Volunteers will be room moderators and hosts for the WebEx virtual meeting spaces. Since presentations are uploaded prior to the conference, these sessions will give 5 minutes to each presenter to talk about their presentation and answer any questions from the judges or audience. You will keep track of the time for each presenter and make sure the session runs smoothly. Additional information will be provided to volunteers prior to the conference
