The Association requires that all parties be pre-registered. Registration itself is at no cost to the resident.

If you are putting up tents or bounce houses the area needs to be inspected and approved, why do we do this? The main reason is that people like to put up tents, bounce houses, and other items. Many times these items either cover irrigation heads which break them when they to pop out of the ground -or- the metal stakes are hammered into our irrigation water lines. Damage to these main lines cause thousands of dollars in damage -and- cause iron colored staining on houses.

We try to save you and your fellow residents money and heartache by working with you and the landscapers to be sure damage will not come to the equipment.

Additionally, extremely large parties may require an additional guard to be obtained at the residents expense. This is when you are trying to have many cars blocking main roads, activities that disrupt traffic, and so forth. We only pass on the minimal hourly rate to you as a resident when this is necessary. You will be notified well in advance should this be of concern.
