Dengan hormatnya sukacita memaklumkan bahawa Jabatan Kastam dan Eksais Diraja (JKED) telah memperkenalkan Sistem Maklumat Kenderaan Keluar/Masuk (Vehicle Exit / Entry System) atau lebih dikenali sebagai VES pada penghujung bulan April 2018 iaitu satu sistem yang membolehkan orang awam mendapatkan pas kebenaran membawa kenderaan keluar/masuk melalui Pos-Pos Kawalan Sempadan secara atas talian (online).

Sehubungan dengan itu, sebagai langkah bagi mengenal pasti tahap keberkesanan pelaksanaan sistem ini, sukacita dipohonkan kerjasama Awang/Dayang untuk mengisikan borang kajiselidik yang mengandungi 14 soalan utama mengenai sistem tersebut.

Semua maklumat yang diberikan melalui kajiselidik ini akan dirahsiakan dan hasil kajiselidik ini akan digunakan untuk menambahbaik perkhidmatan dan sistem VES. Atas kerjasama Awang/Dayang, terlebih dahulu diucapkan terima kasih.

Royal Customs and Excise Department (RCED) are pleased to announce the implementation of the Vehicle Exit/Entry System (VES) at the end of April 2018. Through this system, the public will be able to get the vehicle pass to exit/enter the border control posts via online.

In this regard, to identify the effectiveness of the system, we would like to seek your kind cooperation to fill in the survey form consisting 14 main questions with regards to the system.
