2023 Triple P - Teenager Discussion Groups Tuesdays,  March 7 thru 28 -  6 - 7:30 pm
Parents or caregivers, with teenagers, interested in learning and discussing specific behavior challenges. 

All sessions, 90 minutes each, will be held online using Zoom.   To provide the best experience, participants are required to engage in each session and are encouraged to use their camera.

COPING WITH TEENAGERS’ EMOTIONS  ~ Discuss the common situations when teenagers become highly emotional, how to help your teenager to manage their emotions better, how to cope with an emotional teenager, and what to do if problems persist.
Mar 14th ~ Getting Teenagers to Cooperate
GETTING TEENAGERS TO COOPERATE ~ Discuss the common ways teenagers don’t cooperate, parent traps, encouraging cooperation, how to manage uncooperative behavior, and what to do if problems persist.
Mar 21st ~ Reducing Family Conflict
REDUCING FAMILY CONFLICT ~ Discuss common ways family conflict can occur, how to teach children and teenagers to get along with each other, how to reduce family conflict, and how to manage conflict.
Mar 28th ~ Building Teenagers' Survival Skills
BUILDING TEENAGERS’ SURVIVAL SKILLS ~ Discuss the common ways teenagers can be at risk, planning ahead to reduce risky behavior, identifying risky situations, risk reduction strategies, and consequences for not following the plan.
