The Quality Infrastructure Committee (QIC) of the OSAC is conducting this survey to informally assess the impact of the proposed standard (if/when it is accepted) on forensic laboratories. All responses will be compiled into one summary statement for informational purposes without specific identifiers; comments provided on this survey will not be adjudicated.
