WGPAB Boo Bag Delivery Details Form, 2021
Use this form to give us the details of your order, including the address to which you would like us to deliver each bag, and the message you would like us to include on the tag.  

We suggest you PAY for all bags in a SINGLE transaction on PayPal. If we do not receive a delivery form for the bags you have purchased, we will deliver them all to the address on your PayPal transaction, with blank tags.

Bags will be delivered by WGPAB volunteers to neighborhood porches, starting on October 23rd, up to October 30th as orders come in and drivers are available.  If you need a specific delivery day please let us know in the special instructions.  Note we cannot deliver outside a five-mile radius of the WGHS/WGMS campus.
