Kids Club // Pumpkin Fest (Oct 30/31)
This form is to register your child for TriCity Church Kids Club on either October 30 or October 31, 2020

Kids Club is open to all kids Grades 1-5 and will be from 6:30pm - 8:30pm or 9:30-11:30am. Feel free to wear a costume, and be ready for fun! The evening will include pumpkin decorating, a live drawing demonstration by an artist and a visit from Toby the monster!

Cost is $5/person which includes a snack! Please note that there will be no meal served at this event.
Payment is cash or debit the night of the event.

The TriCity Church Building is at 2145 Nova Scotia Ave. in Port Coquitlam

We will be following Covid-19 protocols in regards to social distancing, hand washing/sanitizing and general hygiene.

We must limit numbers to stay in line with the provincial guidelines. When a day is full, it will be removed from this form. If you would like to be added to a waitlist please email sara@tricitychurch.ca with your child/ren's name(s) and the date and time you would like them to attend.

Kids may only attend one date :)
