RVSPG 2023 Community Impact Grant Application 
River Valley Senior Providers Group is a non-profit membership organization of individuals and entities that provide services to older adults, adults with disabilities, and their families. 

Our mission is to provide a network that supports excellence in services to seniors and individuals with disabilities through education, advocacy, leadership, and accessibility. We are proud to offer Community Impact Grants (up to $1000 for distribution on December 12, 2023) to help our members further our mission within the counties we serve.  

ELIGIBILITY: Any member in good standing of RVSPG who is listed in the 2023 RVSPG Resource Guide. 

DEADLINE: This form must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on December 7, 2023. Recipients will be announced and recognized at our annual holiday breakfast meeting on December 12, 2023 at the Pine Barn Inn.
