2024 Chelan Douglas Equity & Justice Awards
It's time to celebrate the incredible contributions of our legal community and community partners to lift up individuals and families coming from poverty who are struggling with civil legal problems. Awards will be presented at the Justice Gala on April 13th. 

Chelan Douglas Bar Association and Chelan Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services invite you to nominate deserving candidates for the following awards: Robin Gaukroger Professionalism and Civility Award, Pro Bono Attorney of the Year, Legal Services Champion, and Commitment to Community Award. Nominations will be accepted through March 8, 2024.  

 For each nomination in a category complete a different form: List the nominees name, strengths and notable attributes using specific examples demonstrating their exemplary standards of civil and professional conduct.

1. Robin Gaukroger Professionalism and Civility Award
Awarded for exemplary standards of civil professional conduct as member of the Chelan Douglas Bar Association.
To submit a nomination:
List the each nominees name, strengths and notable
attributes and specific examples demonstrating their exemplary standards of civil and professional conduct.
2. Pro Bono Attorney of the Year
 Awarded for exemplary volunteer service and commitment to upholding justice.

List the each nominees name, strengths and notable
attributes and specific examples of their exemplary volunteer service and commitment to upholding justice.
3. Legal Services Champion
Awarded to a non-attorney/community
member for exemplary commitment, leadership and service to bridge
the justice gap for vulnerable individuals and families in Chelan and
Douglas counties.
To submit a nomination:
List the each nominees name, strengths and notable
attributes and specific examples of their exemplary commitment, leadership and service.
4. Commitment to Community Award: 
Awarded to a Chelan Douglas Bar Association member for exemplary community service through personal volunteerism, board participation and donations of time, talent and treasure to non-profits in our community.
